Do I need the Smart Hub with the SECURAM Touch?
No, SECURAM TOUCH does not require the Smart Hub to function. This can be a standalone lock and can be managed by the app when you are within close proximity of the lock. Any remote operation requires the Smart Hub.
What is the battery life on the SECURAM Touch?
On average, battery life expectancy is 6 – 8 months under normal usage.
Can I use a voice assistant like Alexa or Google Home to control the lock?
Yes, the SECURAM Touch Smart Lock is compatible with Alexa and Google Home. You can lock, unlock, or check the status.
Can I make duplicate keys?
The high-security mechanical keys can be duplicated by some locksmiths. Please contact us to order blank keys.
How many fingerprints can be enrolled?
The SECURAM TOUCH has a 30-user capacity. Each enrolled user can have two registered fingerprints.
Can I install this outside on the gate to my home?
It is not recommended to install the SECURAM Touch where both the Touchpad and Interior Assembly are susceptible to weather conditions. Only the Touchpad has a rating of IP 54.
