Factory Reset

Performing a factory reset on the device will wipe the device clean and set it back to factory default. 

Note: All users will be deleted, and the administrator code will revert to 1 2 3 4 5 6.

1. On the interior assembly, push up on the battery cover then remove it. 
2. Locate the RED reset button in the battery compartment. 
3. Press and hold the red reset button (using a paperclip or similar tool) until the lock reports it has been set to factory default. 
4. Your lock has been set back to factory defaults. Please refer to our Quick Start Guide to enroll the administrator.
