Problem: I am not receiving alerts on my phone for my Smart Safe Lock, B22
Solution: To receive SECURAM Smart Locks alerts, a subscription is required. Subscriptions may be purchased directly in the SECURAM Guard app.
On the bottom bar of the SECURAM Guard app, click the Shop icon
Tap the My Subscriptions button: | |
Choose the subscription package you would like. Then tap the Redeem offer button on the lower portion of the screen | |
Proceed with your payment information. | |
