Problem: I am not receiving alerts on my phone for my Smart Safe Lock, B22
Solution: To receive SECURAM Smart Locks alerts, a subscription is required. Subscriptions may be purchased directly in the SECURAM Guard app.
On the bottom bar of the SECURAM Guard app, click the Shop icon
|Tap the My Subscriptions button:|
|Choose the subscription package you would like. Then tap the Redeem offer button on the lower portion of the screen|
|Proceed with your payment information.|
