Problem: The buttons that are in my code are not working on my entrypad. When I press them, they do not make any sound or light up.
A replacement Entrypad may be placed on the door, in place of the old one. Then enter YOUR code. The code is stored inside the door, in the lock body inside the door.
Please contact SECURAM Technical Support for the correct version of Entrypad that you may need.
The Super code or ID00 value of the old Entrypad must be known. This may be retained by the Safe manufactured.
A new Entrypad may be programmed with the same Super or ID00 code as the old one. Then plug it into the existing lock. The valid code should then allow the Entrypad to Link with the Lock, and permit Unlocking- enter the valid code.
