ProLogic - Recovery

RECOVERIES Are only accomplished with a Licensed Locksmiths

System Recovery is used to delete all the codes on the ProLogic or ScanLogic and set the Entrypad and its linked lock back to back to a factory default state, 

To Perform a Recovery, the Locksmith must call SECURAM, during business hours to speak with a live customer support representative. 

On the Entrypad: 

Step 1: Press the Menu button
Step 2: Scroll to the Menu Selection Recover System, and press OK
Step 3: Press OK to confirm that you want to Recover the system
Step 4: Enter the Recovery Code. The Default Code is 999999
Step 5: Record the Random number that is displayed on the screen
Step 6: Call in to Dispatch to receive OTC Recovery Code.
Step 7: Press the “Back” button
Step 8: Enter the OTC Recovery Code

The system will now be reset to Factory Default. All programming and codes will be deleted.

Super Code will be reset to 111111
Manager Code will be reset to 123456

To unlock the safe lock, enter either the Super Code or the Manager Code.
 Once used the OTC Recovery Code generated by Dispatch will no longer be valid.
