Problem: I need to remove a phone that was previously paired to my Smart Lock.
Solution: To remove any mobile device connected to the B22 Smart Lock, please follow these steps:
On the Entrypad:
|Step 1:||Press the Menu/OK button|
|Step 2:||At “My Menu”, press the Menu/OK button|
|Step 3:||The display will prompt you to enter a code. Enter a valid Super or Manager Code, and press Menu/OK.|
|Step 4:||After entering a valid Super or Manager code, the screen will show “Users”. Press Menu/OK.|
|Step 5:||Scroll “▼”or “▲” to the menu selection “Delete Phone” and Press Menu/OK|
|Step 6:||Press the "Menu/OK" to confirm|
Note: If this operation is performed, the smartphone app will not be able to open the lock. If the operation, such as opening the lock through the app is required, the pairing procedure must be performed again.
