ProLogic - Lost Codes, door is locked - Recovery

Problem: There are no known codes to unlock the door. The display says "Invalid Code" when codes are entered.

Solution: Recovery

The ProLogic Series safe lock systems have the ability to be reset to factory default settings using a very
unique secure method. Each system has a default recovery code. The default recovery codes are:

999999 - (PW L 6/Users 10 or PW L 6/Users 30)

99999900 - (PW L 8/Users 30) - this code can be changed as necessary

Recovery will wipe out all the enrolled users on the Entrypad, and set it back to the factory default codes:

ID00 - 111111

ID01 - 111111

Recoveries are only performed with licensed locksmiths.
