Fail to Link occurs when the Entrypad is not able to communicate with the lock body inside the door. There could be a few reasons for this:
- The cable in between the entrypad and lock is compromised: Damaged, pinched, nicked or cut.
- The master or Super code, or ID00 in the Entrypad is different than what was paired to the Lock.
- The Lock and Entrypad are not paired--Please see the pairing information below.
